They are knowledgeable about all things jewelry and if they don't have what you want, they will get it for you, and at the best price! Tom's son, Tom Jr, is a certified gemologist. He can provide thorough and accurate appraisals for any of your jewelry. Did I mention that I try to keep my wife from going anywhere near their store?? Geez!!
