“Contrary To The Pleasant Hills Location, This Location Was Top Notch. I Never Had Any Problems. I Always Found The Staff To Be Very Professional, And Kind. At Times The Speed Of Service Was In The Tank, But This Branch Is Very Small, And Easily Has Half The Staff That The Pleasant Hills Branch Does. So Slow Speed Of Service Is To Be Expected At Times. I Would Have Stayed With Key Bank in Light Of My Bad Experiences At The Pleasant Hills Branch, But This Location Was Simply Not As Easy To Get To As The Pleasant Hills Branch. Overall I Would Highly Recommend This Location! I Also Would Suggest That You See Brian R. For A New Account, Investments, Or Other Financial Related Accounts!
