Great Food. Chic atmosphere. Expensive for Thai, but renovation is awesome! Take a date you want to impress.

Since I found 412 studios I have never been happier. I was looking for a place I could go anytime to express my creative ambition freely. This place is everything I needed and more! Perfect for anyone who is looking for an efficient and affordable practice/work space. All of the staff in the office have been extremely kind and helpful, and Zack does an excellent job of keeping the building well maintained.

It would great of they had showers!

Safe, secure, clean friendly, affordable, top notch. If things went as smooth as they do around here the world would be a better place. Second to none.

Diabla tattoo Rev Keith was a great guy very friendly, he listened to my ideas and drew me up a fantastic cross tat to cover up a name on my arm . Did the whole job in one sitting! Great conversation during, and pricing is fair. Definitely recommend using his service! I will be back.
