Helena Noonan and the Noonan Team are the most wonderful group of people to work with! Helena made time last-minute to show me a home that I was interested in since her agent was in another country and called me about a pocket listing. I wasn't even a client yet. Helena greeted me with such kindness and was so patient while I toured the home and took photos and spoke to the homeowner. She took so much time with me after outside answering questions and had me follow her SUV in mine while I was on the phone with her to give me a personal guided tour of Laguna Niguel. How cool is that?! She offered so many wonderful personal suggestions and about what life is like in a city she has such pride in and love for. She is an incredibly busy person running a business yet I was as important to her as one of her clients with multi-million dollar homes. She and her entire team were all so kind, professional, responsive and genuinely care about making your experience as smooth as possible. It truly is a well-oiled machine, but with compassion for the emotional side of buying/selling. Helena always checked-in with many texts and phone calls to see if I needed anything, asked how things were going to congratulating me when I finally closed on my home. She always had time to explain things in detail. She is driven to being the best, but always remembers how to treat people along the way and always with a smile in her voice. She is a rare person in a business that can be driven just by numbers and I believe she's so successful because you can tell she loves her profession and cares about everyone she is in contact with. From her team, escrow, the community and especially her clients - whom her goal, in the end, is to have them feel good about all their decisions and to be happy. Everyone contracted with compass was great. From the contractor to the notary to the office personnel. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and professional. I really connected with their office manger Jeni, she was incredible! She really went above and beyond for me and I will never forget it.
