I bought my policy online and needed to change the start date. Karen was super helpful and very friendly. It was lovely working with her and I high recommend her.

The Pharmacy staff here are wonderful. I have a dye allergy that makes it complicated to fill prescriptions. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to find solutions for me, they catch mistakes (inaccurate labeling of ingredients for example) before they even fill a script, they are sympathetic and kind, and will always take the time to answer my questions and educate me about my medications, no matter how hectic it is. The technicians are also great- they are personable, kind, and you can just tell this is a place that is service-minded.
