“Wow! What a crew they have. I just resumed my treatments after the partial reopening. I was the only patient, I had my temperature checked, then hands sanitized, every one was in masks and all safety measures were covered. Bravo! I was only nervous about my procedure. But I just have to acknowledge the women and their such kinds words and professionalism. Although you all were so covered in masks, shields and I probably won’t recognize you again......you all were just terrific. Your team work, your attitudes and your little bit of humor always make me comfortable and I am so impressed. The receptionists at the front desk...always remember me and it’s like talking to friends. Of course the dentists themselves.......I’m so glad you both have wonderful caring hearts. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to find solutions for me, they catch mistakes (inaccurate labeling of ingredients for example) before they even fill a script, they are sympathetic and kind, and will always take the time to answer my questions and educate me about my medications, no matter how hectic it is. The technicians are also great- they are personable, kind, and you can just tell this is a place that is service-minded.”
