It's a Very CLEAN & BRIGHTLY Lit Building on the inside, but it needs a few more lights on the outside. The 1st Floor Vestibule has several Kiosks that I saw no one was using, but there is a HUGELY Lit Directory that ALL Visitors can see & read. Every Floor, Along w/ the Dr's Names are listed along w/ Their Office Number. This UMPC Outpatient Center Building is a Very Impressive sight & it looks like that it's going to be a very BUSY location for a long time, OR, until UPMC decides to build another Professional Building & RELOCATE other Dr's & Employees to a NEW building site.”

“The Pharmacy staff here are wonderful. I have a dye allergy that makes it complicated to fill prescriptions. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to find solutions for me, they catch mistakes (inaccurate labeling of ingredients for example) before they even fill a script, they are sympathetic and kind, and will always take the time to answer my questions and educate me about my medications, no matter how hectic it is. The technicians are also great- they are personable, kind, and you can just tell this is a place that is service-minded.”
