We were in route, James called to make sure we were coming, we had an hour drive, and that he had pulled the truck right up front ready for us to look at. We arrived and the truck was out front. We checked the truck out and took it for a drive around the lot. Jimmy took a look at our trade in, did not give us any BS offer. It was the best trade in offer we had received from 6 dealerships. We decided on the spot we were driving home in the F150. Everyone we had interaction with was very nice, knowledgeable, and tried to make the process as easy as possible. We accidentally left an expensive pair of sun glasses in the trade in. The arrived today, 2 days after we bought the truck.”
