Tanya is and AMAZING fitness instructor. She is motivating, and her classes are never boring and always challenging. She also has great taste in the music she plays during her classes.

Tanya gets to know you, is a genius at modifying, and makes her classes accessible to anyone. She has seen me through skiing and running injuries and helped me come out stronger.
