“Outstanding customer service! We had a backup camera installed in our older Jeep. Sean suggested several options and was then friendly, professional, and knowledgeable through every step of the install. The camera works great! There was a small snag during install. The soft top of the jeep was damaged slightly while backing in to the garage. Sean took it upon himself to order a NEW soft top to replace the one that was damaged. Outstanding integrity and honesty. We will be back to have an auto start installed in our other vehicle. Highly recommend”

“I love this store. The selection is good. Everyone is so friendly and even though, with social distancing the lines are a little long, the cashiers work to move the people through. At 62, I feel comfortable that things are clean and like that the counter is actually wiped between customers. The carts are actually wiped. Thank you cashiers for working so fast and with a smile. Two suggestions for delivery and pick up. Can you make a choice in the app for "grind my whole beans" for coffee and a choice for my deli meat chipped instead of sliced? If I want those options, I have to come into the store.”

“I really enjoyed my car buying process with Mark McLure. I never felt like he was what you would call the stereotypical salesman. I browsed the lot a little bit on my own and told him what I wanted - he ever tried to push anything else on me and focused completely on what I was looking for, unlike other dealers that I met through this process. Anything I asked him about, he got me answers right away and he made sure I was fully informed before making the purchase. He was so personable too! I spoke to him in the morning, most likely his first customer, and when I went to actually purchase the car he remembered things that I had talked to him about and asked me about them (I can barley remember things my friends and family tell me let alone total strangers that I might never see again??). His manager Jeff was so nice to work with too. He was the first one we talked to when we got there to look at cars and came into Mark’s office to talk to us a little more towards the end of our visit. Overall I had an awesome experience at Baierl with Mark (and Jeff) and I would recommend any of my friends and family to go there!”

I was sick of going into stores like Best Buy and wasting my time looking for someone to help me. PC Richard is well organized and the staff is very friendly. Jeff, a sales associate I’ve worked with before, greeted me and offered his assistance. I am glad I ran into him since he is quite knowledgable and helpful - without being pushy.
