THE DAY AFTER I POSTED REVIEW I RECEIVED THE PAD NO $100 STORE CREDIT. THE MANAGEMENT HAS ASSURED ME IT WILL SEND $100 STORE COUPON. IF DONE I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN. WE LOVE THE FURNITURE.

Great furniture but we made 8k purchase paid in full. To be delivered in 3 weeks. Got call that couldn't deliver due to glass shelf breakage as product was unboxed. We purchased floor model supposed to be last and reduced from 16k maker going out of business.
To compensate for switch supposed to compensate with $250 pad and $100 store credit. Todate we have received neither. Lies after lies. We have receipt for pad.

I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The selections were exactly what I expected and I found exactly what I wanted. The staff even offered to group together the pieces I selected to give me a visual. I have never had this level of service ever from other stores and I would recommend this store to anyone looking at higher end lines of furniture.
