Brett has been our residential plumber for the past 31 years, replacing toilets, installing a garbage disposal, connecting a waterline to an ice-maker, replacing a hot water tank, responding to plumbing emergencies, and general plumbing repairs. He recently replaced a leaky faucet.

Not only a skillful plumber, he is also very professional, friendly, efficient, and his prices are always very reasonable.

He provides the type of Customer Service we have come to expect from a small business.

After multiple calls to local plumbers, Brett was the only one to call back. It was a Friday evening and we did a FaceTime call as he walked me through troubleshooting steps on my hot water heater to isolate the problem! It was still under the manufacturer's warranty for parts so he gave me the contact for a local authorized manufacturer's servicer so the parts would be covered under the warranty. I truly appreciate his time and effort, professionalism and expertise which ultimately saved me money (a rare find). Thank you Brett!

I called Brett based on a referral. My main shut off valve was leaking and he instructed me through FaceTime how to correct the problem. I was able to fix the problem while being educated at the same time. I learned very valuable information that will help me in the future.
