“I am writing this because of other reviews I saw online. My mom had to go to a Rehab facility and the one she wanted to go to did not have any beds. She was sent to ManorCare and I was not to happy..just reading the reviews on line. She was there for 14 days and I have to say that the Aides are wonderful. They treated her with respect and while she did have to wait at times to have help going to the bathroom it was so much better than what we expected. The PT she received was great. The only thing that may not be the best is the food...however..that was the least of our worries as you can bring in your own food. So to all who are on floor 1 thank you very much for your kindness. It made my moms stay much easier and gave us peace of mind. Thanks to all!!”

“This is usually my one stop bike shop. However I will warn you this is more of an upper end bike shop. They sell all kinds of bikes of all levels but I think they definitely prefer to deal in the higher end bikes. They know their stuff as most of them race bikes themselves and are clearly passionate about their craft. I recently bought a $600 bike from them and when they were at their previous location bought a $500 bike. The whole time their service department has been impeccable. Another thing that helps is, for the years I've been going there, the staff has almost completely stayed the same. I did go there recently though, looking for a replacement carbon fiber kickstand, they didn't have the one I needed, instead he offered me a much bulkier and heavier stand, and them scoffed at me when I asked if he had anything lighter. I had to drive to the Squirrel Hill location where they had exactly what I wanted. This was the only bad experience I've had there though, otherwise they've been EXCELLENT.”
