I feel confident knowing they cleaned all of our duct work after seeing the photos. They also did a really good job cleaning the vent covers. It took the guy a long time to clean them and I can certainly tell. It was so helpful that they also do that and reinstall the covers also. I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends!”

I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to get a shuttle and not having to clean off the car during winter months is essential. Also I left my lights on one week coming back to a dead battery. The shuttle driver quickly returned with a jump pack to get my car started.”

“I know in these times it's hard to get workers but this place surprised me. It was peak dinner time and there was only 2 people working. One was cooking and one was handling the drive-thru. We asked after we ordered and it was confirmed. Those two were hustling and apologizing when they didn't have to because we understood. I wish I could remember their names but I hope they were getting something extra from their employer. That's the first time I ever gave a tip at a drive thru. I've had worse service from a full crew. These 2 were the best.”

“Second time at this location since the one closer to my house ALWAYS forgets or messes up my order. I made an online order and picked up through the drive thru. Was easy enough to accomplish but the workers seemed a little unsure of the order. I've never seen a taco bell worker check the order as hard as they did but after getting home the order was fine. It was typical taco bell quality. Maybe drive thru pickup is still new to them? Not sure but I would go back for sure.”

“This Chick-fil-A location at the Pittsburgh International Airport has the same high standard as every other Chick-fil-A!! First, their customer service was friendly and focused on serving people. There was a line (not like every other surrounding restaurant), but the team quickly received orders and delivered the food. The menu is scaled down from regular stores, which is understandable. The one thing that shocked me: the prices are the same!!! Chick-fil-A didn’t increase prices for the airport location! What a thoughtful leadership decision. If you are at the Pittsburgh airport, this is a definite place to grab food!”

The cost was competitive with other places that we looked at. Also, can’t beat the location, which is less than 5 minutes from Moon Schools...so convenient for appointments during school hours! Just grab your kid, take them to their appointment, then drop them right back off at school.
