“I’ve been a member at Alpha for about 4 years. I will continue to work out here for as long as they’ll have me! This is an amazing place full of amazing people. The coaches are understanding and helpful, but will help you push yourself to find your maximum potential. People say this sort of thing quite a bit but I truly mean this: if I can do it, you can. Workouts are scaled so you compete with your former self, not with other athletes. It’s about growth, not about a singular goal all people must attain. Whether you’re already a fit, elite athlete, or if you’re out of shape, coming back from an injury, or just “not someone who works out,” there is a place for you here.
