“Only good things to say about Family Flooring! Chuck and Kelly were beyond helpful even for our small project! They dropped off and picked up multiple carpet samples from our home. I choose to stop by the showroom and Kelly helped me narrow my choices down even further. We came up with a beautiful porcelain tile option for our hearth as well. The installation was quick and easy. They arrived when they said they would (7am) and were finished on time or earlier then estimated (12p). They were polite and professional! It looks wonderful and feels amazing!! The carpet is, Just a Hunt II; Fog, by Shaw Floors. It’s very soft and so nice to step on. Spills clean up nicely, we have 2 toddlers and it’s held up wonderfully over the past months. They managed to squeeze our installation in just before everything shut down in March due to the pandemic. Having this room carpeted gave us so much life and space to move when we were stuck at home.
