“Well, later they offered to install wiring free of labor charge. That's great on their part to understand and try to compensate for the issue. I came here for hitch wiring with a prior appointment. The technician didn't give an ETA and I just wanted for 3 hours for him to get to it. Then he came up and said he can't get to it because he can't finish his current job. I asked for a refund and headed out. Will make sure to never come back here.”

They came out the very next day to evaluate our floors and provide a bid. The bid was very reasonable and they actually were able to come out the following day to start the project. The work was done quickly and very professionally. There was minimal dust involved (They taped off all the doorways) and they cleaned up everything when they were done. They matched our existing floors perfectly and even accommodated some last minute requests. The floors look GREAT! I wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you!
