Emerald Gardens Townhomes and Apartments

I absolutely love living here. The office staff and maintenance guys are incredible. They have bent over backwards to help us out. The community is nice and quiet plus super dog-friendly. Moving out here from Squirrel Hill was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I've been living at Emerald Gardens since October of 2018. It's a great community and great staff. Most importantly, it has been the perfect place for my puppy Vinny to grow up. He has many friends to play with and can get plenty of exercise.

The only negatives are due to residents that cannot/do not follow simple rules. It's not difficult to pick up after your dog or follow the very basic valet trash requirements. Failure to do so has given this complex a bad reputation that it does not deserve.

People seem to thrive over finding things to complain about and some of these 1-star reviews (all submitted around the same time) are a bit suspicious and I don't believe a lot of what's being claimed. Yes the font gate is down at times because residents run it over. Yes rent changes and may go up, that's never fun, but rent went up across the country, so you can easily complain about that anywhere.

Livia, the property manager and Brittny the assistant property manager have worked hard to make improvements. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff has always resolved issues in a timely manner is are also all very friendly.

I would recommend Emerald Gardens.

My fiancé and I moved in here about a year ago. During Covid they were very understanding about situation regarding to rent. Olivia and Brittany in the office are really great at what they do and they will go to pretty much any lengths to try and help you with your situation. Nick in maintenance is great and always makes sure that what’s done is done correctly. Overall definitely five stars. Pretty much the only thing we love about living so close to the city is Emerald Gardens and it’s diverse community.

To be completely honest, I genuinely love it here! I’ve been here for a few months and I haven’t had any issues really. Like any apartment complex, or anything in general for that matter, there will be issues, but it’s how the management team handles the issues... and I must say, I’ve lived in a few communities and they are 100% the best. It’s super pet friendly, my neighbors are nice... it seems like they’re doing a lot of renovations and you can tell they actually care!

Anyway... I recommend them!
