The website is intuitive and very well put together (a good sign when marketing is attractive!) I looked at the staff and randomly picked Jessica. I appreciated how she took the time to let me explain what I was looking for, she made sure that she was cutting/styling my hair exactly how I wanted it, and BEST of all >>> THE SCALP MASSAGE DURING SHAMPOOO! I went to another universe in that massaging hair washing chair. So, long story short - great experience, beautiful salon, friendly staff, impressive scheduling process (email/text).”
