(April 19, 2021, 4:52 pm)The staff were all very patient, polite and helpful. Not a long wait to be seen. Really the only issue was I couldn't get the chain of custody link to work. So I had to use my phone to call, instead of using my phone to go online.

(March 15, 2020, 11:15 pm)Molley’s Trolleys provided transportation for our wedding party and their dates while we did photos around Pittsburgh. The ride was one of the highlights of our wedding day, and our driver Gary was fantastic!
(November 10, 2019, 7:15 am)Had family in from out of town and took the trolley as a way to show them the city. It was a great time. The tour guide Brian was very knowledgeable about the city's history and fun facts. The tour even included a trip down the incline.
(September 18, 2019, 2:15 pm)Had the distinct pleasure of taking the tour today and am embarrassed that I can't remember our tour guide's name, but we will never forget the tour! He and our driver Donald were so helpful and attentive to my husband's needs (mobility challenges) and provided us with a delightful and informative tour. Highly recommend the tour!
(August 25, 2019, 6:02 pm)We took a tour that was sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh, led by tour guide Brian and driver Christie. It was one of the hottest days of the year, but we thoroughly enjoyed the ride as the sights were pointed out to us, along with funny and interesting stories and "fun facts" about the city of Pittsburgh, which the employees obviously hold close to their hearts.
(March 4, 2019, 7:25 pm)Sue was super to work with! She had an emergency situation come up, so she worked things out with us so we could still go on a tour of the city. The driver was prompt and safe. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and a pleasure to get to know. Me and my brothers had a fantastic afternoon because of Molly’s trolly sightseeing tour. Highly recommended!!!
