ABOVE & BEYOND effort/care for a basic tune-up, I will recommend Calfo BECAUSE of this young man— exemplary and well done!!
(February 14, 2023, 1:18 pm)We needed to get some bid repairs for the main water feed pipe to the house. At my 1st call to them, they had me set up for the next day for a quote. The tech., Mike M. was right on time, looked over the job and had me an Est. within the hour. Very happy with all of them, as happy as one could be with a busted water pipe;)
(December 28, 2022, 10:08 am)They arrived to look over a burst pipe. Work is not done yet, but Mike did arrive when expected and was very professional. Clear communication about the work to be done and prompt follow up from the office to get it scheduled. Holly is very nice to work with.
Got us back to functional and will be back next week to fix the rest.
(December 25, 2022, 8:59 pm)This is the most efficient company I have ever worked with. The value of the annual maintenance program is extremely worthwhile. The coldest day of the year, I called and received service within 2 hours and all I needed to do was change the filter to my furnace. Steve just laughed, changed the filter and the call was no extra cost. You saved my day for family Christmas dinner.
(December 20, 2022, 10:49 pm)Adam showed up on time and also called to say exactly when he would be here. Was very professional. Came in and assessed the issue. Explained everything as he went so that I understood what he was doing. Explained their company and their products and services as he worked also. Had my heat back on in less than an hour. If I need their services again I will gladly call and ask for Adam.
