I was at this location today to port my number over from a different carrier due to coverage gaps. Jalisa helped me, and she was great! She was friendly, so helpful, and knowledgeable! (I had 4% battery left, zero service, and issues getting info from the other company, I know I was not a fun time to deal with!) I just wanted to say thank you again!

The worker there was very polite and helpful. We made his job difficult after everything we were asking. He nailed it. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The staff is knowledgeable, if you are looking to buy a new phone they definitely can make recommendations based on what you are looking for. I wouldn't say that some of the staff are the most friendly of sales people, I definitely could have had a more pleasant experience as far as attitude and warmth. All in all the process of buying my phone, returning it for another went as smoothly as possible. Cricket Wireless is definitely a good bargain and the service is very good.. No need to pay hefty Verizon, AT&T, Sprint prices..
