Sales associates were very helpful, not like the last time I was there. Very cordial! Was going to stop shopping there, but had a good experience this time.

The young girl at the counter was especially helpful and I was able to find what I needed right away.

It is a Sally's so you know what to expect. The staff was friendly but not very informative. It used to be that you had to have some cosmetology background to manage the stores, now I guess anyone can work there. I like to stay ahead with the new trends for my clients I guess it is YOUTUBE videos now.. I still gave it 4 stars because I understand retail industry changes and can't base a store review over the company's new direction.
