It has been 5 years and its a blessing for us to be with them. They are transparent, helpful , and informative. The best part of Ideal is it is run by group of experienced registered nurses as owners. It is funny how they started as an aide and worked all the way to RNs and company owners. They are growing from very bottom and you all get that caring hand when you work with them. Nowadays, we have crowded agencies out, but Ideal separates from others in terms of their quality leading team with years of patient care experience.
