Last encounter was when I asked about some feedback on a fuel additive that would help me ensure to pass emissions inspection. I was immediately pointed out a product and how to use it. I now have passed inspection in part by his helpfulness I'm sure!

Went above and beyond to help me after I undertook fixing it in their parking lot in the 100° heat. If they weren't 18 hours away, I'd shop there for all my needs
