Great experiences both times. The technician who repaired the outside light called me before completing the repair and explained what he planned to do. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he could complete the repair without and disturbance of the surrounding ground with the light functioning correctly afterwards. He even replaced the light bulb. Would recommend this company.”

“This company is terrific. The electricians arrived on time and were courteous, professional, and efficient. Right at the beginning, we walked through every step and ensured everything was correct before beginning work. I did 3 rooms for recessed lights, a dedicated plug for a refrigerator, an external pin, and a TV mount. They laid down plastic and tarps and kept dust to a minimum. With each room, they ensured I was ok with the layout before they commenced work. The team was well together, and they obviously wanted to make sure things were done right. The experience was pleasant, and I would gladly use them again for future projects.”

“Incredibly friendly staff from the office to the electricians. Communication was great and the electricians were prompt and respectful of the fact that I was working from home while the work was being done. I had to have a minor adjustment done to one of my new pendant lights because the wire stretched-out after install and was lower than the others. That was done quickly and at no additional charge. I feel the price was fair and reasonable and will certainly use Baby Bird in the future. I highly recommend.”
