The owner Annie is wonderful. This has to be the best Hot Yoga studio in Pittsburgh. Doesn’t get any better. The heat is perfect in a beautiful studio. I’m hooked. I’m a member for life. “I have been going to Without Limits Performance for about 6 months. I have had a personal trainer before but this program is hands-down the best! First, it is much cheaper and provides more than the others. It also has meal plans that are easy to do and produces proven results. It is also fun, which, let's face it, is very important for workouts. Lastly, the total-body workouts are very effective in changing your body shape but don't leave you extremely sore in one area like other workout programs do.
