    Took my BMW X1 in for services foe the first time to Sewickley after multiple attempts at another dealer. From start to finish the experience was top class!! Advisor Kari was the best I ever dealt with, kept me informed from start to finish, super easy to work with, repairs were done right and in a very satisfying time frame despite a global parts supply disruption. Highly recommended and I also work in Auto Services, if it’s any place I’d transfer to for work, it would be BMW Sewickley!! 10 stars out of 5. Well done!!

    I couldn't be more pleased with my experience as a new BMW buyer at the Sewickley Car Store. Ken Lynch in Sales was exceptional - generous with the opportunity to test drive vehicles and with materializing models from their stock that allowed me to see different body colors in real life. I went away feeling that I had not only been treated fairly in the pricing, but that I actually had gotten a good deal. How many times do you experience that feeling in your car-buying life? Ken was realistic in presenting the probable timing of delivery in these unusual COVID times, and keeping me informed as well as he could about production and delivery progress. He was generous with his time in introducing me to the car when it arrived. The actual purchasing ritual went off at the scheduled time, and was smooth and efficient with no surprises. Overall, a pleasure. And the car is amazing.

    May 2022. A year has gone by and it's time for the first oil service and state inspection. The service was all conducted very professionally and was completed in 2-3 hours. One nice feature of the service department is different days for "drop off" versus "wait". I chose "wait" when I made the appointment, which meant I got the car in 2-3 hours rather than 6. Communication by text throughout the wait allowed me to walk into town for lunch but still be in close contact. I was involved every step of the way. Five stars for sales, five stars for service.

    2022: Good customer service. Maintenance performed as I requested, and I appreciate the mechanic's video walk-through.

    2021: My experience went as follows: I had a service appointment scheduled early in the morning for preventive maintenance. As I drove along Kramer Street approaching the dealership, I was greeted by a BMW service technician. He directed me where to park (to the main lot in the front). After I parked, I walked through the northernmost entrance (closest to Kramer and Broad St) because the main showroom doors were locked at that time, early in the morning. The staff was polite and held the door for me. I signed in and the employee offered me coffee. After they set up the paperwork and signed out a loaner car for me, they also answered additional technical questions I had about my car. The administrative staff wrote my questions on the service sheet for the technicians to answer. A few hours later, I received a follow-up telephone call to assist me with my further questions. I was pleased they followed-up by telephone to answer questions beyond the scheduled maintenance of my appointment. The questions were also answered in writing, typed-up on the service sheet/receipt. When I returned to pick up my car, I went to the parts counter to purchase some items specific to my car. Press the doorbell button to get the attention of the parts personnel because they are working behind the door. I had a good experience, so I plan to return for additional maintenance when due.

    Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable & efficient. I enjoyed every aspect of buying my new car. Which I can honestly say was a first. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back the next time I’m looking.

    I recently took deliver of a BMW X7 M50i, which I love.
    It was a very positive experience working with Ken Lynch and the dealership.
    Ken is exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly a car guy (not all car salesmen are). He was very responsive before and after I took delivery. He even talked to me during his weekend ski trip! The car has a lot of sophisticated features and Ken has been very patient and helpful getting me familiarized.
    The dealership prepared the car impeccably and the delivery process and paperwork was done quickly and professionally.
    I would recommend Sewickley BMW most highly, and be sure to ask for Ken!
