It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS! “Came to get a virus test for my work and had no idea what to expect. The gentleman who brought the paperwork was very nice and gave clear instructions. The doctor introduced himself but I was so nervous can't remember his name. He was very kind and quick to administer swabs. Much easier than I anticipated. The paperwork was long so wished we could have had it ahead of time to complete. Overall experience was very positive!”
