(February 5, 2022, 6:25 pm)I recently had to get a rental for 12 days due to my car being totaled. Enterprise and my insurance company were very helpful. It was a super easy process getting the rental. Unfortunately the 1st rental (a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee) broke down on day number 3. It wouldn't start when I tried to leave. So I called and they sent a flat bed to retrieve it. Then got me another vehicle all within about 2 hours. The manager at the Kittanning store was professional and helpful as was anyone else I spoke with over the phone. I will gladly rent from them again!
