He always puts his clients interest first and treats each one as he would want his family members to be treated. The majority of his business is referrals from past clients, which says a lot.
As a third generation realtor he is very knowledgeable and has tons of experience in real estate.

(March 1, 2018, 8:59 pm)Dan Burk was truly a blessing from God! I was in search of finding my first home. I had no idea what I was doing to buy a home but I knew I was ready. Dan answered every little question I had and always had a prompt response! Dan was also very honest when it came to which home was a bad buy and which was good. He walked me through all the repairs that would be needed and even referred me to people that have amazing prices to get the jobs done. When I made an offer on a house Dan let me in whenever I wanted, to show people, to check in on the house and to make sure its what i really wanted. I highly reccommend Dan to anyone who is buying for the first time or who owned a ton of places and wants one more. I never thought I could trust Realestate agents. But with Dan I can.
