Walmart Auto Care Centers

I was looking for a quote on 4 new tires. I made calls to several tire dealers where they put me on hold or hung up on me, where as Walmart would check on my call until the service dept answered. My decision to purchase tires was with Walmart! Their quick and friendly service was a nice reminder that customer service still exists.

Devon was the first to greet me when I pulled up for an oil change and made me feel extremely welcome. The service from the entire staff was very pleasant and by the time I was done shopping, they had my car done! I will definitely be going back!

Had new front tires installed on our minivan. Which included balancing. I thought the rims looked a little dirty for the stick-on types and I guess I was right because when I pulled into the house I saw that one set had already fallen off. Maybe I should have washed it before I showed up. Other than that the service was great. And the people were great. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Quick and friendly service.

They did an oil change in less time than they estimated even though there were a few cars ahead of mine.
