(December 8, 2022, 5:42 pm)The owner, Emily, is super personable and wants to make sure her gym is a safe and comfortable place for you to fulfill your health and fitness goals. I found myself actually missing going to the gym when my family was sick and I couldn't go for several weeks which is not my norm. I HIGHLY recommend FTWS!
(August 29, 2022, 6:50 am)I’ve attempted countless weight loss and exercise programs, and worked with other fitness/wellness coaches over the years- only to give up and quit. For the past year I’ve been working with Emily, she was able to specialize a plan just for me. She has listened to me complain A LOT (often daily, sometimes we cry and complain together). With all of her knowledge, love, and support I recently hit a huge goal of losing 50 pounds. I have done things I never thought I could- things I never would have even tried in the past. She helped me to see there is no perfection, some days I eat salad and some days we have milkshakes. Everything is a work in progress. If you haven’t met Emily, you need to💕
(March 7, 2022, 8:39 pm)Had my two year old's birthday party here! Miss Emily did a wonderful job accommodating all of our needs. All of the children, ages 1-10, were kept busy and had so much fun! There was a bounce house, games, an obstacle course, something for every age group. She kept all of the kids engaged at all times. The only downfall was having to leave. I will absolutely be back and recommend to others.
(February 23, 2021, 8:17 am)Our whole family lives Fit Together Wellness!!! The supportive environment Emily has created through her fitness classes is like no other local gym. The instructors are professional and work with you at your level. There is no “gymtimidation” here! Emily herself is so knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your wellness.
Our kids love the camps and we recently held our 7 year old’s birthday party at the studio. Emily kept six rambunctious little boys entertained and engaged the entire time. I don’t know how she does it!
I am so grateful for Fit Together Wellness and can’t wait to see what Emily does next.
(October 5, 2020, 1:11 pm)Emily is wonderful! I am very thankful that our paths crossed. More than just nutrition and physical fitness, we sat down and made a life-plan for the next year to help me know where I wanted to go and actually reach the goals. I am elated to say that through her inspiration, time, heart, knowledge I have crossed almost everything off of my list. I will forever be grateful and highly recommend meeting her as she is very down-to-earth and humble and truly wants to help you succeed. I can't wait to spend time with here again!
