What a great experience working with Red Rover. Always answered my questions. They were able to reduce the anxiety of my multistage move. I had used another pod company that did not care how long their equipment blocked my one car driveway. The Red Rover equipment was new, clean and easy to use. My interactions with the employees over the phone as well as face to face was terrific, and surprising, in a good way. I have worked in customer service for many decades, and I would highly recommend Red Rover to anyone.

This was our 2nd of 3 Red Rovers we've used in the past couple weeks for a complicated family move going in multiple directions. Can't say enough about the company, the SERVICE and the incredible value. The Concierge service - and John Baron in particular have been in touch every step of the way since my first frantic call for help figuring out the logistics of this move. It has been incredible. My sons' cross-country move to Chicago was handled on that end by the Midway location and GM Elliott who personally handled the delivery of their 8 footer to 2 different apartments in Lincoln Park. Again, he was in touch, incredibly helpful, kind and and responsive. A+++++ Would never consider a u-haul or any other such thing ever again. Thank you!

My wife and I had a great experience using Red Rover's free one day container truck for moving a large portion of our household goods into its very clean and secure storage facility. The team at Red Rover made scheduling the arrangements simple and easy; they had our assigned truck ready and waiting on the day of pick up; they demonstrated its features and answered all of our questions; and they made a point of making sure we were completely satisfied with the entire process. We couldn't be more pleased with their courteous and professional service and we look forward to having them assist us again when we are ready to complete our eventual relocation out-of-state.
