“I will only ever visit this store in the future for anything involved with my phone. The manager, Antoine helped my dad and I with a pretty complex and time consuming issue. We needed to upgrade our phones, neither of us know anything about technology, and I have like 10,000 pictures and videos (seriously). There were other people coming into the store while he was helping us and he kept his composure the entire time, even when my dad asked the same question repeatedly while he had his hands more than full lol. I’m used to these places wheeling and dealing and having some sort of agenda any time they “help” me and have multiple times caught the salesperson trying to get one over on me. I usually leave there with no knowledge of my new phone, paying twice as much for it and frustrated to no end. Not only did Antoine remain patient through this probably six hour ordeal, he answered every question and even found us a really great deal without our bill going up at all. 2 brand new phones and tablets for the same price? Heck yes! Antoine was great and I will recommend this store to anyone.”
