In my adventures, car dealerships I’ve encountered has had staff that are either pushy, inconsiderate, liars or just tell you what you wanna hear(also lying). “I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. First off Lois Smith- I told you the table would be done in 2-4 weeks just like I tell everyone and on the weekend of the 4th week it was raining and you lived 2 hours away so I said I couldn’t deliver. You then proceeded to come pick the table up and I said sure. It was never brought up that a deliver fee would be reimbursed. Silver-u don’t state your name? I been doing this now for 7 years and have had over 3000 orders and 3000 customers 99 percent of those happy and I’m sure of it. No business has 100 percent satisfaction rate and it’s a shame I don’t because I try my best to make sure everyone of my customers is happy. “I always go here to fill my gas and diesel cans for my power equipment and tractor. It's close and convenient. There are several diesel pumps. One is for vehicles and the other for containers. The vehicle pump has a larger nozzle than the container pump. Make sure you are at the right one before you start to pump diesel.”

“After a plumbing link that caused damage to the drywall we decided to have it repaired but not a DIY. WE contacted our State Farm agent, Chuck Jackson, to get some names of companies that do drywall repair work. The estimator came and measured all areas and gave us a very reasonable price. Next came a project manager who verified the work that had to be done. Finally the worker, Kevin, came and did the work. He kept the work area neat and clean and cleaned up every night. We feel that Kevin is a true artist in the fact he matched the textured finish that was 40-50 years old. I asked to get an estimate on some exterior work. It came back again very reasonable and we said "See you on Monday." We would not even consider any other company to work on our home and will request Kevin every time.”
