They have a great mix of equipment and a super friendly staff that will help you with anything even making a full workout plan (this does NOT cost extra)! I refer to it as the "cheers" gym because of the friendly atmosphere. You rarely have to wait for equipment, they have nice locker rooms with a shower, free wifi, everything is extremely clean, and you can get it all for a great price!”
