The only finger we lift for maintenance of any type is to use the phone contacting the management office and they respond immediately. Lawn care/maintenance is done on a weekly basis without fail. Snow removal from driveway and walkways is done usually within the day sfter a snowfall.”

“Our son had his 10th birthday party at three rivers! He and his friends had a BLAST! They allow you to come and have multiple guests without bothering you or rushing you out the door! We had our own private area for birthday cake and food! They also allowed us to set up any birthday decorations we wanted! We were nervous about the boys being younger with the paint balls BUT they have soft paint balls for younger aged kids that were perfect and ALL the kids had a blast. They had a smile on their faces none stop for three hours ! The courses are VERY legit and well built with multiple building and structures to hide and seek. They also have the ability to play capture the flag! They also did not just have one course. There are multiple courses you get to play on and switch it up if you want! All the moms stayed back at the pavilion area because they have a coach that goes with them and makes sure they are safe and taken care of! It was so nice to sit back and enjoy ourselves without having to constantly worry about if the kids were okay or where they were! We will definitely be going back and are excited to also do some adult events as well!!! Thank you all the staff for being so hospitable and kind/patient to all the kids!”

“I had a review before from last year but had to delete it just to leave a new review for 2021! This place is AMAZING! So much fun! 2021 is the BEST year yet! They have new features and attractions (3d clown fun house) the zombie compound grew! The storyteller is AMAZING this year and the zombies actually run up towards the trailer you're on which was SO MUCH FUN! if you're on the fence about going, just go! You won't be disappointed!”
