While Danzer, like many companies this size and of the manufacturing process can be confusing to many, there IS a method to their madness! This company provides " above average " benefits ( which is valuable to the employees...whether they realize it or not! ), and in my working careers, this is definitely one of the best benefits packages I've been entitled to by an employer.
