They were infinitely patient and informative, included all costs, delivered timely and even honored a manufacturer special we didn't notice until after we ordered. The felt needed to be replaced (through no fault of R&R) and they again gave no trouble changing it to a different brand. Color matched exactly and installers were very precise and tedious. I wouldn't buy a table anywhere else.”
