I went to the dealership to test drive a car I saw online (for my daughter), but it was still en route to the dealership when we arrived and ... I ended up purchasing a car for MYSELF!!! (Ha) The price was fair and Rob was easy to do business with. I agree with another reviewer, the finance dept. was a bit slow. Apparently there were two others purchasing cars at the same time and I was the last to have my paperwork done. But, Rob didn’t waste the time - he explained features about the vehicle and let me watch the manufacturer’s user videos. And, he was quite personable, so we also talked and chuckled during the wait.
