“For the most part, I enjoy living here. I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. The air vents in my apartment are changed annually. If I have a maintenance problem, they are out relatively quickly to fix it. If it's a leak in the middle of the night, they will come at 2 AM to fix it. They did for me anyway. The pool and clubhouse are nice. The building common areas get cleaned once a week (Thursdays in my building). I generally don't smell smoke from the other units. And our unit stays a consistent temperature, even without having to run our heat all the time in the winter. Yes, there are some spots that definitely need work and upgrading, but I can tell they are working on doing it gradually. I think for the area and the price, it can't be beat. Sure, some of the other people who live here are dirty and don't take care of the common areas, so I will definitely not miss having shared laundry once I move out. But overall, this is a nice place to live.”

“Great place to live. Just far enough from the city to hear the birds sing but not too far away to go grocery shopping, car wash , etc. Loved my time living there. Staff was always available and helpful with any questions that came up . IF there was ever was a need for a work order on the apartment; the turnaround time was fast. Plenty of space to walk / run around the property . Pool area is big enough and even has servers for food & drinks ! When looking at all the factors : cost, location, amenities, and service.... Flying Hills is hard to top.”
