“I've spent a lot of time in this small private community of double wides where the residents own their home but pay lot rent for the use if the property. This is not your typical "trailer park." The homes are all doublewide trailers however look and feel as if you are in a modular home once inside. I've visited this area all times of the day and night. It is always quiet. The few people I have seen there and spoke with seemed very coordial and friendly. It's im Exeter Township but the residents all have a Birdsboro mailing address. Seems odd since it's so close to Reading. Lovely little area, imo.”
