(April 19, 2018, 10:42 pm)Had an amazing time with our self defense class for Phi Sigma Pi. The instructors were captivating, knowledgeable, and made the steps easy to understand. I would highly recommend going here for self defense or to expand your knowledge in a new style of martial arts!

Update - It's been more than 2 years since I originally wrote this review and I can say without hesitation that this is a great place to train. This group helped me restart my training and then get my black belt. The atmosphere is very calm and inviting and a great place to train in a safe and accepting environment.
