“Lou is the technician who helped me and he did a great job ! He recommended taking off center side ways pieces instead of the whole roof rack. I was doing it because the snow is so hard to clean off car. Since it is end of snow season he just made it easier to clean off snow and did not charge me! I am very happy with my service and delightfully surprised at Lou’s kindness and generosity!”

She showed me pictures and was very patient through the process. Her prices are very reasonable. When I saw her bring the flowers in for our wedding I couldn't believe they were for us.
