“Stopped by today to see about a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to answer my questions (I'm an engineer. I ask a lot of detailed questions.) They are a little more expensive than your big box store but they also include more of the installation in their price than a big box store, and they service what they sell. No dealing with mega corp.'s, in my experience, less than stellar customer service. All said and done, I think the price difference worked out to be well under $100 total for both units. Well worth it to deal with a local guy in my book.”
