Big Gene answered the phone and told me to call back in 45 minutes to speak with Little Gene, since he is their answer man. All was cool. He was friendly enough. I called back 45 minutes later and spoke with Gene Anthony. Holy smokes! This guy knows EVERYTHING about snowplows - even about stuff they do not sell. “The ice cream here is very delicious. I had the caramel pretzel soft serve sundae. The ice cream was nice and creamy and the pretzels and caramel were the perfect balance. Their fries are also very delicious and they served them fresh. Do not expect a quick trip here as the line was very long.”
