“I have not attended school here but have known people who have. I recently purchased a new camera and decided to break it in by touring the Alvernia Campus. The mid-day sun was harsh on the pictures but I had fun exploring the university. I used to attend special events there. A couple of those events were breakfasts and the food was excellent. The campus needs new road/building signs. They are all gray and washed out. A fire emergency was called to the campus while I was there. I watched the fire trucks come to almost a full stop when they approached the silly speed bumps. Get rid of those! The campus was landscaped very nicely giving the impression that you are in a park, but the lack of trees near the buildings offer little relief from the hot sun.”

“Here's the deal - its all about what you put into it. You will get a lot of support from professors, there are a lot of very successful people who came out of the school before I went their and in my class but every single one of them were hard workers and motivated. I learned a lot and my student debt coming out was not bad and I had a job at a great company within days of graduation. There is a lot to do off campus but you need to put yourself out there and meet the right people. Join a sports team if your an athlete, maybe check out greek life if you are into parties etc, and there are plenty of clubs to join and be a part of. It was 4 of the best years of my life and I wouldn't trade it in for anything.”
