Krista James took the time to help me find the perfect car for me and explained everything to me.Other employees gave us cookies and water while we waited for all the paperwork. Nicole and the rest of the team helping out made sure I got exactly what I wanted and in my price range. She showed me a few different options and helped me figure out which one was best for me. I HIGHLY recommend this Toyota dealership. I have been to 3 different ones in the last year and this is the first one that I left with a new car from. I’m extremely happy and I LOVE my new Toyota Camry!!!

However my experience at Freedom Toyota was great, everything was out in the open there are no fears of being taken advantage of. The price of the new Toyota was really fair and the trade-in value for my car was elevated above what it was evaluated at. I would gladly recommend Freedom Toyota to any of my friends and when the time comes for another new vehicle for myself I'll be back again.

(February 2, 2019, 1:36 pm)Great experience from start to finish. We were greeted warmly upon first walking in the door, although it was close to closing time. Doug Murphy was amazing to work with. He was not pushy. He was very honest and informative. Doug spent time locating the exact car I wanted. While deciding which dealership to purchase our vehicle through, we visited three. We walked out of the other two dealerships, frustrated. The way we were treated was the main determining factor of why we choose Freedom Toyota. We were so happy with Doug and Freedom that during my buying experience, my husband also decided to purchase a vehicle, which Doug also had to track down in order for my husband to get the exact vehicle he wanted. Smoothest process ever. We will definitely purchase any future vehicles through Freedom and recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service!!
