  I went in for a recall for my jeep for the passenger side airbag. The service guy Ian was extremely nice and helpful. Sat in the waiting room as they were performing their work.

  I have purchased 6 vehicles from Outten Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The sales staff made car/truck buying very easy. My salesman, Shawn Stoll, made the experience even better, he is very understanding, listens to your needs and wants. He has a great personality, easy to talk to and is very thorough. In my experience they seem to have better prices than other local dealers. I recommend visiting this dealership for your next vehicle, I know I will.

  Third vehicle purchased from Shawn Stoll at Outten and we are ALWAYS extremely happy with the service. He is the best at listening to your needs and always matching you with the perfect vehicle. Bobby was able to help a lot with the financing and I was able to drive out of the lot same day with my truck.

  Went for new tires recently. Signed the paperwork authorizing the work where it specified the tire brand name and size. 1.5 hours later, wrong size and style tires installed on my vehicle. Waited another hour for correct tires. Later realized 2 rims were slightly damaged (paint missing on edges which it looks like they tried to cover up with touch up paint and never told me). Bought my jeep here, but I won't be going back. Oh, and the complimentary car wash is not all its cracked up to be. Vehicles should leave a dealership the way you bought them, spotless, shiny, and in good working order. Otherwise we can go anywhere and pay much less.
  
  Happily Outten was able to make good by ordering a new rim for me. Thanks for allowing me to keep my jeep looking new!

  We just got our seventh new vehicle from Outten. We drive 50 miles one way to do business with them because they are fair, have great selection of vehicles, excellent staff, and excellent service. We dealt with Bruno this time. He took time to explain everything and put together our deal. We love our Jeep Wrangler JK and highly recommend Outten.
